Science is the fundamental engine of human advancement. Science is, in a sense, a religion, in the sense that I have faith that it will continue to lead humankind to greater and greater heights. On the other hand, it's not at all like a religion, in the sense that my faith is based on concrete evidence of past achievements. For me, no art is a beautiful as the knowledge gained from science.
